Presentations about sustainability in printing at FCC2019

Marvaco participated into GREEN PRINT & PACKAGING at Flexo Challenges Conference in Lanskroun, CZ. Many good presentations about sustainable print productions and efficiency of expanded gamut printing were presented. Additionally together with SOMA, Flint Group and Marvaco we made a live #HiQ_EGP printing using Marvaco's EGP™ (400mpm, Optima2 press) where the Real Snacks OATIS printing resulted -30% reduction in number of colors and also -31% reduction in ink consumption. Eco-efficient & excellent print quality in 70 lpcm (178lpi) resolution on UPM UNIQUE paper with TerraCode compostable inks.

Co-working shows how the #GreenerPrinting #EGP is more #sustainable. Once again this was a very well organised event with >100 happy participants – Thank you SOMA team for a great day!
